Returns & Refunds

Cancellations (UK Customers)
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods when purchased online (the "cooling-off period"). To cancel, please notify us in writing within this timeframe by emailing info@navekli.co.uk with your order number.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation notification. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for self-care items that have been unsealed or used. This includes, but is not limited to, skincare, wellness, and personal care products. These restrictions will be clearly indicated on relevant product pages and do not affect your statutory rights
Clear photographs of the item(s) and packaging
We will happily arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and your preference.
